Charleston, SC SIMON·SAYS
The roster

You earned the love.
We handle the business.

Your audience's love is the most valuable thing you own, and the easiest thing to undersell. When Simon Says represents you, you're not a name on a list. We vet every inquiry, negotiate the terms most creators don't know to ask for, paper the deal properly, and chase the invoice so you never have to. And when you're ready to grow the thing brands pay for, we build the strategy with you: audits, pillars, a real framework.

A partner, not a line item.

Most agencies scale by adding names to a list. We scale by saying no. A deliberately small roster means the person negotiating your deal is the person who knows your account, your goals, and your dog's name.

What representation includes

Everything but the content.

That part stays yours. The rest is ours.

I.

Inbound, vetted

Every inquiry screened for fit, seriousness, and respect for your audience.

II.

Contract & negotiation

Usage, exclusivity, perpetuity, whitelisting: the clauses that quietly decide what a deal is actually worth. We've negotiated national pet brand partnerships from the creator's side of the table, and we know where the money hides.

III.

Money, collected

Contracts papered properly, invoices sent, payments chased. The unglamorous half of the creator business, handled completely.

IV.

Strategy, when you're ready

Some creators want the business handled. Some want to grow it. For the second kind, we go deeper: account audits, content pillars, and a real framework, built by people who run an account of their own.

V.

Network access

Introductions to the people creator businesses actually need: editors, photographers, fellow creators, and specialists who understand how creator income works.

Who we look for

The roster is small on purpose.

We review every application against the same four things.

I.

Real inbound

Brands are already finding you. You need leverage and a back office, not a cold-pitch machine.

II.

An audience that trusts you

Engagement over follower count, every time. We care that your people actually listen, and actually buy.

III.

The pet lifestyle lane

Dogs first, pets always. Lifestyle accounts, and the professionals pets trust: trainers, groomers, walkers, and beyond.

IV.

In it for the long run

We build careers, not one-off deals. If virality is the whole plan, we are not your agency.

Questions, answered

Before you apply.

I.

Does my dog's account need an agent?

If brands are already finding you and you're handling it solo, probably yes. Representation earns its keep when there's real inbound to negotiate — leverage, proper contracts, and a back office so you stop leaving money on the table. If you're still waiting on the first inquiry, focus on the work and come back when the inbox starts filling.

II.

What's your commission?

Your stated rate stays whole. Our margin is added on the brand's side of the deal, not clipped from your check, and you see the full flow of funds on every deal. Transparency is the floor, not a perk.

III.

What kind of creators do you represent?

Dogs first, pets always. Lifestyle accounts and the professionals pets trust — trainers, groomers, walkers. We weigh engagement and audience trust over raw follower count, and we sign for the long run, not a single viral moment.

IV.

Do I give up control of my content, or have to be exclusive?

The content stays yours — that part's the whole point. We handle the business around it. If a specific deal asks for exclusivity we'll talk it through, but representation itself doesn't put a leash on how you post.

V.
