An agency built from both sides of the table.
Simon Says was founded in Charleston, South Carolina by a marketer who has led growth inside high-growth pet and DTC companies, and who has lived the creator side too: the full inbox, the vague contracts, the rates that felt like guesses. The agency exists because the most loved corner of the internet deserves representation as good as the work, and that didn't exist yet. So we built it.

The Simon in Simon Says.
I'm Stacey Simon. I started in marketing, spent years inside a growth agency, and then left all of it to raise guide dogs. People change careers for money or for title. I changed mine for dogs, and I'd do it again. One of the dogs I raised lives with me now, retired, which is a longer story.
Marketing pulled me back eventually. I led growth at high-growth companies, the last one a pet pharmacy, while at home my own golden retriever was quietly racking up millions of views. For years I treated the animals and the marketing like two separate lives. They never were.
This agency is what happened when I stopped pretending otherwise. I wanted work where helping someone is the whole job, where a creator has a person in their corner who has sat in their chair and read the contract. It's the work I like most. And after years of building other people's brands, it's the first thing with my name on it.
Transparent to the dollar.
This industry has a habit of being murky. We are not. The flow of funds, the status of every pitch, the terms of every deal: our clients see all of it, always. It's a low bar that most of the industry still trips over, so we made it the foundation.
A decade inside the engine.
Growth agencies first, then marketing leadership at high-growth pet and DTC companies. Paid, lifecycle, creative, creator: we've run all of it, and reported the results to boards.
National deals, negotiated from the creator's chair.
We've negotiated partnerships with national pet brands, and learned exactly which clauses quietly decide what a deal is worth.
Thirteen guide dogs before this was a business.
Years inside one of the country's most respected guide dog schools, raising working dogs. We didn't pick pets as a niche. We come from the dog world.
A creator account of our own.
We run one, with content seen by millions. Every piece of advice we give is advice we've had to take ourselves.
Kind is not the same as soft.
We negotiate hard and we treat people well, and we have never found those to be in conflict. Selectivity, taste, transparency, and kindness. That's the whole philosophy, and we'd rather prove it than pitch it.
